“The place of motivation is the place of activation and the place of inspiration is the place of aspiration. It's compulsory! You will always be activated when you are motivated; and aspire when you are inspired”

WELCOME!
Feature Article
It is no longer news to say that we live in a very challenging world. Even the Bible, God's WORD, confirms it. Whether we admit it or not, we get beaten at one time or the other by the storms of life - the regrets of yesterday's failures and the pains that come with them, the fear of the unknown bearing with it the challenge of the future.

THE POWER OF MOTIVATION: 6 SIMPLE BUT POWERFUL WAYS TO TAP INTO IT (PART 1)

Have you experienced true motivation lately? How was the experience or rather, what was the experience like? What were you able to achieve, that you could not achieve before, after the experience of motivation? Well, I can guess your answer. You experienced greater zeal and enthusiasm to achieve more. The limitations that you once saw or thought were there suddenly seemed to disappear. This is exactly what the power of motivation achieves for you.
What is motivation? Motivation is the power that drives you to accomplish your goals in life. In other words, it is a feeling of enthusiasm, interest or commitment that makes you want to do something.
When you are motivated, you don’t see limitations. God, however, wants you to experience this power of motivation so that you don’t experience any limitation in any area of your life. Outlined below are 3 simple but powerful ways of tapping into this power. The other 3 simple but powerful ways will be discussed in the second part of this article. Please, endeavor to read it:
1.         Read and listen to motivational materials: If you are a Christian, the first motivational material I recommend to you is the Bible – God’s Word. Read it and you’ll surely find motivation from it. In addition to this, read motivational books by great motivational authors; listen to audio CDs and watch DVDs of great preachers and motivators; go to the internet and get inspirational materials and finally, visit my blog at www.lifemedtation.org and get inspired regularly (on a daily basis).
2.         Move around achievers and motivated people: Being always in the company of achievers and motivated people will help you in no little way. The statement: “Show me your friends and I’ll tell you who you are” holds true in this regard. I encourage you to walk with people that have gone ahead of you and learn from them. Soon, you’ll discover their secrets of greatness which you can apply too for your own greatness!
3.         Make positive confessions/declarations at all times: Making positive confessions/declarations at all times helps you stay optimistic (positive) at all times. It also helps to build up confidence in you, and hope and courage to face the future, no matter the present circumstances. Therefore, this should be your attitude even when the goings are not good.
These are the first 3 simple but powerful ways to tap into the power of motivation. In the second and concluding part, you will learn 3 more simple but powerful ways. I encourage you, therefore, to read the concluding part of this article so that you can get the message that this article has to offer in full. See you in the concluding part!
